The hotel offers cozy and clean rooms with a nice decor but can be a bit noisy due to its location. The service is exceptional with friendly and helpful staff available around the clock. The location is excellent, with stylish surroundings and access to all that Southport has to offer. The dining experience, while good in quality, can be slow and a bit pricey. Overall, a great option in town with some room for improvement in certain areas.

The hotel overlooks the front outside area where music plays all day, which can be loud in the room. Despite the noise, the rooms are fantastic, but the carpet was dirty. The service was extremely welcoming, especially when our daughter needed late-night help. The location is central and convenient for exploring Southport. The dining experience offers good quality, although the continental choices are limited. Overall, a mixed experience with some standout positives and negatives.

The hotel offers very well-finished rooms with good quality fixtures and fittings, featuring very comfortable beds. Overall, it was a highly enjoyable stay. Although a bit noisy overlooked by a bar across the road, it quietened down after midnight. The cleanliness and comfort, along with complimentary bottled water, made the stay pleasant.
